We will always assist our customers in getting jewelry from our artists which we may not have listed in our catalog. We cannot guarantee success every time, as some items are discontinued. But, we make every effort to find them. If you can wait until we make a large order with the vendor, we do not charge extra freight for special orders. Please keep in mind that the time it takes to receive special orders varies. Some are very fast (7-10 days); some are dishearteningly slow.

Also, we are always looking for new artists. If you have a favorite you would like us to carry, forward us their name and we will try to begin working with them.
